She is a 2008 Bingham Fellow and an Adjunct Professor with Bellarmine University in the MBA program teaching Entrepreneurial Strategy and serves on the Board of Directors for Women Leading Kentucky, Bellarmine University Executive Advisory Board, Rubel School of Business, Kentucky Council on Economic Education, and Lexington Forum.
Molly’s professional development includes participation in Vistage, the world’s largest CEO/COO organization, Enlightened Leadership, LEAN Manufacturing Leadership Institute, and the Economic Development Institute.
A resident of Lexington, Kentucky, Molly holds an MBA from Bellarmine University, Louisville.

Michelle Cubas is a certified enterprise coach; published business author, business publisher and blogger; and national public speaker and seminar leader. Her advanced business practice focuses on contemporary business issues like the “Currency of the New Economy™,” its impact on job creation and hiring, and how to make it serve the company and the individuals who are the company. Collectively, she calls it Business Literacy™.
As an enterprise business coach hired by corporations and business owners, Michelle’s expertise brings a real world, real-time perspective, operations and know-how applications using fact-based management methods and Baldrige Quality Principles.

She grew up in Michigan, attended Michigan State University then graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit. She moved to California in 1982 and began training and teaching at a private business college in Burbank. Later she earned a professional Corporate Communication Certificate from USC.
In 1995, Michelle and family moved to Scottsdale, Arizona. She opened her business in downtown Scottsdale. A frequent contributor to the Business Journal, speaker for organizations and companies, Michelle is passionate about her work with corporate managers, entrepreneurs and small business owners, raising Business Literacy™ and advancing communications with her clients from the lunchroom to the boardroom.
Niela Miller is a skilled coach, therapist, trainer, and educator. She has offered workshops, coaching, consulting and training to the public and to corporate, non-profit and other entities in many other areas of personal and professional development. Niela trains trainers, coaches, managers, consultants and educators to develop their creative and emotional intelligences in their work and their lives. She has employed many innovative tools from her background in the arts and humanistic education to help organizations and people professionals with skills such as team building, giving and receiving feedback, doing peer reviews, recognizing learning and teaching styles, conflict resolution, and stress management in rapid change environments.
She has written two manuals as resources for trainers and educational designers: Workshop Design (McGraw Hill 1998 Sourcebook and a self-published version) and Being Alive! Creative and Emotional Intelligence Tools for People Professionals (PeopleSystems Potential, 2001). She is also the author of a book on counseling (Different Path Press, 1995).
Niela has a BA in Creative Arts from Antioch College and an MS in Education and Communications from Yeshiva University. Her post-graduate training was in the field of humanistic psychology, notably Gestalt therapy and Jungian process psychology.
Don Wigal’s doctoral degree (from Columbia Pacific University) is in the psychology of adult education. He taught adult education at Mary Rogers College, as well as academic topics at Antioch College and the University of Dayton. His undergraduate degree was from U. of Dayton. His Masters is from Notre Dame, and doctorate from Columbia Pacific. He has adult education certifications from other academic schools. From the U. of Dayton he received the Distinguished Alumnus Award.
Don has designed many interactive questionnaires and training programs for a variety of populations. He is certified in the use of of the Myers Briggs instrument, and has used and interpreted it in many major corporations, including General Motors, Allied Signal and others.
Don Wigal has written several books in various fields, including four titles in theology for Herder & Herder and over forty encyclopedia articles for HarperCollins. His short works on popular psychology have been published by Simon & Schuster, Doran and Sadlier. He edited for the latter Drug Education for Parents and Teachers. His most recent book, published by Random House, profiles a dozen innovative personalities.

He cajoles, entertains and enlightens his audience with a fast moving combination of stories, examples, humour, activities and quotations.
An experienced public speaker in various higher education forums, as panel member at CII seminar and at Ministerial forums for industry representatives, Rajib is also passionate about teaching French language.

Joey Pengson has spent over 30 years in various ICT Management roles and responsibilities interfacing with every level of the corporate structure delivering large systems integration projects to private and public sector customers in the Philippines. After accepting early retirement from the corporate world in 2008, he adventured into consulting and entrepreneurial activities. Today, he provides organizational development, business process improvement and ICT management in both private industry and the public sector.
