We have used the latest scientific techniques in Adult Learning to create a user-friendly, experiential training course.
You will learn the core concepts of Influence at your own pace, then determine your knowledge via cognitive learning tests. In addition, you will learn the skills of Influence, using experiential learning exercises. Because of these advanced techniques, your learning process will be quicker and lasting.
I have partnered with one of the leading experts in this learning technology, Sam Faissal, who has worked on multi-million dollar eLearning projects for global companies and non-profits.
Unlike other online programs, which are just videos with some text, Secrets of Influence™ eLearning is a cut above, a truly world-class training experience.
The online program consists of 12 modules, each including video, experiential learning exercises, and a cumulative learning test.
To begin with, you’ll do some self-assessment, to determine your current Influence Profile. That’s just the starting point. The Influence Styles Inventory ® was created by a team of psychometric psychologists, and meets all the scientific criteria for validity and reliability. That’s just science talk for“it measures what it says it will measure, and you will feel that, ‘yes, it describes me’.

Just because you’re working from home doesn’t mean you have to go It alone. Peer-Mentoring is a unique concept, a powerful process in which two individuals discover their individual goals, assess from our Skills Inventory their strengths and areas to improve, and match with a “support partner”.
This is a new version of traditional mentoring, in that it is not necessary for either partner to be “senior” to the other. It is more reciprocal than traditional mentoring, so that each person gets something he/she needs
